Sculpo Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 12, 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sculpo's website and your purchase of and access to our web-based digital parenting programs.

  1. Who We Are

    • Sculpo is operated by General Web Solutions LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA.
    • Sculpo sells web-based digital parenting programs for parents and adult caregivers in the United States.
    • Programs and program bundles are sold as one-time purchases. We do not currently offer subscriptions, memberships, SMS programs, physical products, or traditional user accounts with passwords.

  2. Acceptance of These Terms

    • By visiting the website, purchasing, accessing, or using a Sculpo Program, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
    • If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
    • We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date when appropriate.

  3. Sculpo Programs

    • Each Sculpo Program is a web-based educational program focused on a specific parenting challenge. Depending on the Program, it may include written guidance, audio, step-by-step instructions, examples, scripts, and troubleshooting support.
    • Your purchase gives you access only to the individual Program or bundle identified at checkout.
    • You can move through a Program at your own pace and revisit it whenever you need it, subject to these Terms.
    • We may improve, expand, correct, or update Programs over time. Updates may add to or improve a Program, but will not remove or materially reduce the content included when you purchased it. We will provide reasonable notice of Program changes.

  4. Payment, Prices & Taxes

    • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
    • Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. You may be redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout page to complete your purchase.
    • Stripe may require information such as your name, email address, payment details, and billing information.
    • Taxes, if applicable, may be added or calculated at checkout.
    • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund an order if we believe there is fraud, abuse, payment risk, technical error, or misuse of our products or website.

  5. Delivery & Program Access

    • After successful payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. A separate email providing access to the Program or bundle you purchased will normally arrive within one hour of payment.
    • Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct.
    • Sculpo does not currently require a traditional account, login, or password. Access is provided electronically using the access method described in your access email. We may change the technical access method in the future without reducing your right to use the Program you purchased.
    • If your access email has not arrived within one hour, check your spam, promotions, and junk folders. If you still cannot find it, the access method does not work, or you entered the wrong email address, contact us at hello@sculpo.com or through our contact form and we will help.

  6. Lifetime Access

    • Each one-time purchase includes lifetime access to the Program or bundle identified at checkout. Your access does not expire and does not require recurring payments.
    • Lifetime access remains subject to these Terms, including the personal-use license, our right to protect the security and integrity of the service, and access removal following a refund, fraud, unlawful use, or material misuse.
    • We may maintain, update, migrate, or replace the technology used to provide access. Temporary maintenance, outages, or technical changes do not convert your purchase into a subscription or shorten the duration of your access.

  7. 30-Day Refund Policy

    • We offer a 30-day refund policy for Sculpo Programs and program bundles.
    • If you want a refund, email hello@sculpo.com within 30 days of payment and tell us you would like a refund.
    • You do not need to explain your reason. We do not require forms, proof, or a detailed justification.
    • If your request is within 30 days of payment, we will refund the full purchase amount to the original payment method.
    • When a purchase is refunded, access to the refunded Program or bundle will be removed and your license to use its content ends.
    • Payment processors and banks may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.

  8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

    • Because we offer a simple 30-day refund policy with no questions asked, please contact us first before opening a bank dispute or chargeback.
    • Most refund issues can be solved faster by emailing hello@sculpo.com or using the website contact form.
    • We reserve the right to respond to chargebacks with order records, access-delivery records, refund policy details, and communications related to the purchase.

  9. Personal Use License

    • When you purchase a Program, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your family's personal, non-commercial use.
    • You may use the Program on your own devices and allow access to your spouse, partner, co-parent, family member, or caregiver who is directly involved in caring for your child or children.
    • This family-use permission is limited to the care of your own child or children. It does not allow sharing with friends, unrelated families, online groups, forums, social media communities, email lists, clients, students, or the general public.
    • You are responsible for keeping your Program access method private and for the use of the Program by the people with whom you are permitted to share it.
    • You may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent, publish, upload, reproduce for others, distribute, bundle, copy, scrape, bypass access controls, or use a Program or its content as part of another product, course, service, consultation, school, daycare, clinic, practice, or business.

  10. Intellectual Property

    • The website, Programs, text, audio, graphics, design, product names, branding, and other content are owned by Sculpo, General Web Solutions LLC, or our licensors.
    • Purchasing access to a Program does not transfer ownership of the Program or its content to you.
    • You may not remove copyright notices, claim our content as your own, or create derivative commercial products based on our content.

  11. Educational Content Only

    • Sculpo products are for general educational and informational purposes only.
    • Our content is not medical advice, psychological advice, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, or any other professional advice.
    • Our content is not a substitute for advice from a pediatrician, doctor, therapist, psychologist, licensed clinician, or other qualified professional.
    • If you have concerns about a child's health, development, safety, mental health, sleep, feeding, toileting, behavior, or any urgent or serious issue, consult a qualified professional.
    • Do not delay seeking professional help because of something you read in a Sculpo product or on our website.

  12. No Guaranteed Results

    • Every child, parent, home, and situation is different. We cannot promise or guarantee any particular result.
    • You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use our content in your own family.
    • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, safety choices, and parenting judgment.
    • If something in our content does not feel appropriate for your child, home, culture, values, or safety situation, do not use it without professional guidance.

  13. Promotions & Discounts

    • We may offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes, bundles, or limited-time offers.
    • Promotions may have their own rules, dates, eligibility limits, or product restrictions.
    • We may modify or end promotions at any time unless prohibited by law.

  14. Testimonials & Feedback

    • If you send us feedback, comments, reviews, testimonials, or similar content, you allow us to use that content to improve and promote Sculpo.
    • We will not publish your testimonial with your personal details unless you give permission or provide those details for that purpose.
    • Please do not include sensitive information in testimonials, reviews, or public feedback.

  15. Privacy

    • Your use of the website and purchases are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
    • Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information.

  16. Third-Party Services

    • Our website and checkout may rely on third-party services such as Stripe, hosting providers, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.
    • We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, payment pages, policies, or services that we do not control.
    • Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

  17. Website Availability

    • We try to keep the website and digital delivery systems working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
    • We may maintain, update, suspend, or replace parts of the website or Program platform. We will not intentionally use a platform change to eliminate valid lifetime access to a purchased Program.
    • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by internet issues, hosting outages, payment processor issues, email delivery issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

  18. Suspension & Termination for Misuse

    • We may suspend or remove access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, security threats, unauthorized sharing, attempted resale, infringement, or other material violations of these Terms.
    • Where appropriate, we may contact you and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before permanently removing access.
    • This section does not limit access removal following a refund or payment reversal.

  19. Disclaimer of Warranties

    • The website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
    • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

  20. Limitation of Liability

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, General Web Solutions LLC and Sculpo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product, purchase, website use, or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Sculpo for the product giving rise to the claim.
    • This limitation does not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including any rights under our 30-day refund policy.

  21. Governing Law & Disputes

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.
    • Before starting any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at hello@sculpo.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
    • If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
