-
Program Access
- Sculpo does not currently require you to create a traditional user account, choose a password, or build a personal profile to use a Program.
- We use your checkout email address and purchase information to confirm your order, provide access to the Program or bundle you purchased, assist with access problems, and remove access following a refund or material misuse.
- The Program does not ask you to enter your child's name, age, health information, behavioral history, or other personal details about your child or family.
- We do not create a custom profile of your reading progress or parenting activity inside the Program. Our hosting, security, and analytics providers may still automatically process the technical information described below when you visit or use the website or a Program.
-
Website & Program Data Collected Automatically
- When you visit the website or use a Program, our hosting, analytics, and advertising providers may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, and interactions with the service.
- We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website and Program traffic and performance.
- We use Meta Pixel and Google Ads tools to measure advertising performance and support remarketing.
- We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the website and Programs, such as clicks, scrolling, page activity, and session behavior.
- Sculpo does not separately use this technical data to create a named parenting profile or to collect information about your child.
-
Cookies, Pixels & Similar Technologies
- Our website and Programs may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies for essential form security, analytics, advertising measurement, remarketing, fraud prevention, and service performance.
- You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some websites work.
- Advertising and analytics providers may also offer their own opt-out tools, such as Google ad settings, Google Analytics opt-out tools, Meta ad settings, and industry opt-out pages.
- We do not currently offer a separate cookie preference center on the website, but we may add one later if the website or legal requirements change.
- At this stage, the website may not automatically respond to all browser "Do Not Track" or universal opt-out signals. You can email hello@sculpo.com with privacy requests.
